Sem Fali Aloo Ki Sabji

Sem Fali (Flat Beans) is very simple side dish recipe but it's taste awesome.

Ingredients
Sem Fali 250 gms
2 Big Size Potatoes
4 tomatoes
3-4 Green Chillies
12-15 Garlic leaves
Oil 2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala 1/4 tsp

Method
1. Wash, Clean and cut the Beans into small pieces.
2. Peel, wash and cut the Potatoes into cubes.
3. Coarsely Grind green chilly and Garlic.
4. In a cooker or kadhahi heat oil.
5. Add chilly Garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds.
6. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
7. Close the Cooker lid and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes. (Do not whistle)
8. Your Jhatapat Sem Aloo is ready.
