Chholiye Ki Chat

Hiii Friends aaj shaam badi bhukh lagi to socha kuch halka fulka bana liya jaye. Fridge khola to dekha thode se bread, Chholiya n 2-3 boiled aaloo rakhe the. Bread ya sandwich khane ka Mann nahi tha. To chalaya apna khurafati dimag. Aur bana daali Chholiya Ki Chaat. and trust me guys it comes out super duper tasty. Yaaro Majak Majak me superb dish bani. So here comes my Innovative chholiya ki Chat. :-)
Try kijiye n bataiyega kaisi lagi aap sabhi ko :-)

Ingredients:-
1 cup chholiya
2 tsp oil
Pinch of jeera
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Amchur 1 tsp
Boiled & chopped aaloo 2-3

For garnishing:-
Chopped onions
Chopped tamatar
Hara dhaniya
Nimbu ka ras
Chaat masala
Bhujia

Method:-
Pan me oil garam kare. Jeera tadkaye. Chholiya daal kar mix kare. Namak daale mix kare. Dhak kar low flame par 2-3 mins cook kare. Lid hataye add all spices. Mix well. Add boiled aaloo cook for 2-3 mins on high flame. Mix well n switch off the flame. Serving plate me daale. Sprinkle chaat masala n nimbu ka ras. Chopped pyaj, tamatar, hara dhaniya aur bhujia. Serve hot n enjoy. :-)

Litti Chokha

लिट्टी चोखा बिहार झारखन्ड में खायी जाने वाली पारम्परिक स्वादिष्ट डिश हैं इसे आप लन्च, डिनर या छुट्टी के दिन बना कर खाइये बहुत ही अच्छी लगेगी

लिट्टी देखने में तो बाटी जैसी लगती है, लेकिन थोड़ा सा अन्तर है. इसके अन्दर भरी जाने वाली पिठ्ठी सत्तू से बनाई जाती है और यह लिट्टी बैगन के चोखा (भुर्ता) या आलू के चोखा के साथ खाई जाती है.  मिक्स वेज चोखा और टमाटर की चटनी भी साथ में बनायी जाता है.

आज आपके लिए यह ख़ास स्वाद...

सामग्री:
लिट्टी के लिये
गेहूं का आटा - 400 ग्राम ( 4 कप)
अजवायन - आधा छोटी चम्मच
घी या तेल - आधा कप
खाने का सोडा - 1/3 छोटा चम्मच
नमक - 3/4 छोटी चम्मच

लिट्टी मे भरावन पिठ्ठी बनाने के लिये:
सत्तू - 200 ग्राम (2 कप)
अदरक - 1 इंच लम्बा टुकड़ा
हरी मिर्च - 2-4
हरा धनियां - आधा कप बारीक कतरा हुआ
जीरा - 1 छोटी चम्मच
सरसों का तेल - 2 छोटी चम्मच
अचार का मसाला - 2 टेबल स्पून
नीबू - 1 नीबू का रस
काला नमक - आधा छोटी चम्मच
नमक - स्वादानुसार ( 1/4 छोटी चम्मच )

सामग्री - चोखा या भुर्ता के लिये
चोखा को पारम्परिक तरीके से सिर्फ हरी मिर्च और नमक डालकर बनाया जाता है, टमाटर, अदरक और हरा धनियां डालकर चोखा और भी स्वादिष्ट लगता है.

बड़ा बैगन - 400 ग्राम (1 या 2 बैगन)
टमाटर - 250 ग्राम ( 4 टमाटर मध्यम आकार के)
हरी मिर्च - 2-4 (बारीक कतरी हुई)
अदरक - 1 1/2 इंच लम्बा टुकड़ा ( बारीक कतरा हुआ)
हरा धनियां - 2 टेबल स्पून ( बारीक कतरा हुआ)
नमक - स्वादानुसार ( एक छोटी चम्मच)
सरसों का तेल - 1-2 छोटी चम्मच

विधि:
लिट्टी के लिये आटा लगाइये
आटे को छान कर बर्तन में निकालिये, आटे में घी, खाने का सोडा, अजवायन और नमक डाल कर अच्छी तरह मिला लीजिये, गुनगुने पानी की सहायता से नरम आटा गूथ लीजिये.  गुथे हुये आटे को ढककर आधा घंटे के लिये ढककर रख दीजिये.  लिट्टी बनाने के लिये आटा तैयार है.

पिठ्ठी तैयार कीजिये:
अदरक को धोइये, छीलिये और बारीक टुकड़ों में काट लीजिये (कद्दूकस भी कर सकते हैं).  हरी मिर्च के डंठल तोड़िये, धोइये और बारीक कतर लीजिये.  हरा धनियां को साफ कीजिये, धोइये बारीक कतर लीजिये. सत्तू को किसी बर्तन में निकालिये, कतरे हुये अदरक, हरी मिर्च, धनियां, नीबू का रस, नमक, काला नमक, जीरा, सरसों का तेल और अचार का मसाला मिला लीजिये, अगर पिठ्ठी सूखी लग रही है तो 4-5  बड़े चम्मच डालिये, पिठ्ठी को इतना गीला करना है कि वह, लड्डू बांधने पर बंध जाय, सभी चीजों को अच्छी तरह मिला लीजिये, सत्तू की पिठ्ठी तैयार है.

लिट्टी बनाने की विधि:
गुथे हुये आटे से मध्यम आकार की लोइयां बना लीजिये.  लोई को अंगुलियों की सहायता से 2-3 इंच के व्यास में बड़ा कर लीजिये, कटोरी जैसा बना लीजिये, इस पर 1 - 1 1/2 छोटी चम्मच पिठ्ठी रखिये और आटे को चारो ओर से उठा कर बन्द कीजिये और गोल कर लीजिये, गोले को हथेली से दबा कर थोड़ा चपटा कीजिये, लिट्टी सिकने के लिये तैयार है.

तंदूर को गरम कीजिये, भरी हुई लोइयों को तंदूर में रखिये और पलट पलट कर ब्राउन होने तक सेकिये.  (पारम्परिक रूप से  लिट्टी उपले पर सेकीं जाती है)

चोखा बनाने के लिये:
बैगन और टमाटर धोइये और भून लीजिये, ठंडा कीजिये, छिलका उतार लीजिये, किसी प्याले में रख कर चमचे से मैस कीजिये, कतरे हुये मसाले और नमक, तेल डाल कर अच्छी तरह मिलाइये. लीजिये बैगन का चोखा तैयार है.
आप लहसुन और प्याज पसन्द करते है तब 5-6 लहसन की कली छीलिये बारीक कतरिये और एक प्याज छीलिये, बारीक कतरिये इन्हैं भी इस बैगन में मिला लीजिये.

आलू का चोखा:
उबले आलू 4-5 छील कर बारीक तोड़ लीजिये, कतरे हुये अदरक, हरी मिर्च, हरे धनिये, लाल मिर्च, नमक मिलाइये, आलू का चोखा तैयार है.

अब इन स्वादिष्ट लिट्टी चोखा का स्वाद लेने के लिये
चोखा प्याले में डालिये, गरमा गरम लिट्टी को पिघले हुये घी में डुबाइये, लिट्टी को बीच से तोड़ कर भी घी में डुबाया जा सकता है,  चोखा के साथ, हरी धनिये की चटनी के साथ परोसिये और खाइये.

Ragda Patties

Hii Friends Aaj ki Humari Recipe hai RAGDA PATTIES.. Ye dish banne me jitni Easy hai taste me utni hi majedar. Koi guest aane wale ho ya street food khane ka mann ho to ye best option h. To chaliye banate hai.. :-)

Ingredients:-
For Ragda
Safed matar (dried) 2 cup (125 gms)
Salt to taste
Hari mirch 2-3 finely chopped
Rai 1/4 tsp
Hing pinch off
Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tblspn
Imli ka pani 1/2 cup
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp

For patties
8-10 boiled aaloo
4-5 bread pieces
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow fry

For garnishing
Dahi 1 cup (2 tblspn pani n 2 tsp sugar mila k fet le)
Meethi chutney
Hari chutney
Hara dhaniya
Bhujia
Chopped pyaj
Chaat masala

Method:-
Matar ko 6-8 hrs k liye bhigo kar rakhe. Soaked matar ko cooker me double pani aur namak daal kar 2-3 whistle lagwaye aur 5-8 mins low flame pe cook kare. Ab ek kadhahi me oil garam kar rai n hing ka chhonk lagaye. Kati Hari mirch daale. Uble hue matar daale. Sabhi dry masale aur jarurat anusar pani daal k mix kare. Imli ki khatayi dale. 3-4 mins tak low flame pe dhak kar pakaye. Aapka Ragda Ready h.
Patties banane k liye boil aaloo mash kare usme bread ki pani me soak karke milaye. Namak mila k achhe Se mix karke dough taiyar kare. Taiyar dough me se chhoti chhoti tikiya banake garam tave pe oil daal k Dino taraf Se crisp hone tak sek le.
Ab ek plate me 2-3 patties rakhe upar Se 2 tblspn ragda daale. Uske upar Dahi, chutniya, Kara hua pyaj dhaniya, bhujiya daale air garma garam serve kare. Aur pasand aaye to Apne Reviews Is page par jarur likhe :-)

Ingredients
1/2 cup maida
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
2 tblspn sugar
2 tblspn oil
2 tblspn curd
Pinch of salt
1 tsp coco powder
2 tsp strawberry crush
Water as needed
Chocolate ganache ya nutella spread for filling.
Chocolate chips

Method:-
Sieve maida, salt, baking powder, soda thrice. Keep aside. Ek chhote bowl me tsp dahi, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oil daal ke mix kare. Isme 1 tblsp maida n 1 tsp coco powder daale 1 tblspn pani daal k batter taiyar kare. Piping bag me daale. Baking tray par butter paper lagaye. Aur apni choice Se koi b pattern banaye. Ise 10-12 mins tak freezer me rakhe. Baki bache hue ingredients ko mila k batter taiyar kare. Pattern wale better par pour kare. Acche se failaye. Preheted oven me 180 degree par 10 mins tak bake kare. Kitchen towel pe powdered sugar failaye. Taiyar roll ko nikale n halke haath Se fold kare. 1-1/2 hrs freeze me rakhe. Roll ko open kare chocolate ganace ya nutrella spread kare. Dubara Se roll kare. Aapka swissroll ready. :-)

Mere ghar me ise Bread pizza kehte h aap is Suji Bread toast b keh sakte h. It can be a zero oil recipe too. :-)

Bread Suji Toast / Bread Pizza

Ingredients
Brown bread / regular bread 8-10 pieces
Suji 1 cup
Finely Chopped veggies (pyaj, tamatar, gajar, shimla Mirch etc.)
Salt to taste
Oregano (optional)
Kali Mirch powder
Malayi 2 tblspn OR Dahi 1/2 cup (for heathy version)
Tomato sauce & green chilly sauce
Milk as required

Method:-
Suji me sari veggies n saare ingredients mix kare. Milk mila k semi thick batter (spread) banaye. 10 mins rest karne rakhe. Breads pe spread kare. Nonstick tawe par Dono taraf se kurkura hone tak sek le. Low flame pe seke. Aapke bread pizza ready. Serve hot wid chutney, mayo n sauce. :-)

Note:-
If u r using normal tawa then use little oil.

Pav Bhaji with Lehsun Ki Chutney

Aaj ki humari recipe hai sabki pyari Pav Bhaji with Lehsun ki chutney. Recipe to aap sabka pata hi hogi. But fir b main share karti hu. To lijiye pesh h Pav Bhaji In My style. :-)

For Bhaji
Ingredients:-
Boiled mix veggies (2 big Aloo, 2 gajar, 1 shimla Mirch, 2-3 strings Hara pyaj (spring onions),Beans 1/2 cup, Gobhi, Patta gobhi)
Chopped onions 2 big
Chopped tomatoes 3-4
Lehsun ki chutney 1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Pav bhaji masala 2 tblspn
Oil & butter as per need
Matar 1 cup
Shimla Mirch chopped 1
Hara dhaniya

Method:-
Oil garam kare add lehsun ki chutney sauté for 30 sec. Add chopped onions light brown hone tak bhune. Add chopped tomatoes & salt. Oil separate hone tak bhune. Add chopped shimla mirch & matar. Mix well. Add pav v bhaji masala. Add boiled & mashed veggies. Achhe Se cook kare. It takes around 8-10 mins. Oil separate hota dikhega. Swithoff d flame. Add butter, lemon juice & hara dhaniya.

For lehsun ki chutney
2 big garlic pods
4-5 Dried red chillies soaked in hot water for about 2 hrs
1 tamatar
Salt to taste
Amchur 2 tsp
Pyaj 1 (optional)
For tadka:-
Desi ghee 1 tblspn
Jeera 1/2 tsp

Method:-
Saare ingredient ko grinder me fine paste banaye ya silbatte par pees le. Ghee n jeere ka chhunk lagaye.
Is chutney ko simple roti ya bajre ki roti Se khaye. Believe me aap saari yummy dishes bhul jayenge. Its pure heaven. Meri to Aatma Trupt ho jati h ise kha kar :-)

Alsi ke laddu

सामग्री :
200 ग्राम अलसी, 450 ग्राम आटा, 250 ग्राम देसी घी, 300 ग्राम शक्कर का बूरा, 1 कप मेवे की कतरन, आधी कटोरी तला और फूला हुआ गोंद।

विधि :
अलसी को सूखी कड़ाही में भून लें। जब ठंडा हो जाए तब मिक्सी में दरदरा पीस लें। आटे को घी में भीनीभीनी सुगंध आने तक भून लें। अब पिसी अलसी उसमें मिलाएं।
थोड़ा ठंडा होने पर शक्कर का बूरा, कटे मेवे और तला हुआ गोंद मिलाएं और छोटे-छोटे लड्डू बनाएं। स्वादिष्ट और स्वास्थ्यवर्धक अलसी के लड्डू तैयार हैं। यह लड्डू जच्चा के लिए भी फायदेमंद है।  :-)

Bajre Ki Cookies / Millet Biscuits

Hii Friends Aaj Ki Humari Easy to Make Recipe Hai Bajre Aur Wheat Flour Se banne wale yummy yummy biscuits. Ye Banane Me Kafi Aasan hai.. Aur biscuits ka bahut hi healthy option hai..to chaliye shuru karte hai.. :-)

Preparation Time :- 15-20 Mins
Bake Time :- 15 Mins
Temperature:- 180 Degree

Ingredients:-
Bajre Ka Aata / Millet Flour - 3/4 cup
Gehun Ka Aata / wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Roasted Suji/Rava - 1 tblspn
Milk powder - 1 tblspn
Baking Powder 1 pinch
Sugar / brown sugar - 3-4 tblspn (as per ur taste)
Softened Butter 1/2 cup (I used low fat amul butter)
Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp

Method:-
First sieve Millet flour, wheat flour, baking powder, Rava n Milk Powder 3 times and keep Aside. Beat butter n sugar till light n fluffy. Add Vanilla essence mix well. Now Add flour mixture in 2-3 batches and make a dough using ur hands. Cling wrap the dough n keep in refrigerator for 10 mins. Take out the dough. roll on the kitchen floor with the help of rolling pin. Cut using cookie cutter or a knife in desired shape. Make holes using fork. And lined in a baking tray. Bake for 15 mins on 180 degree. Let it cool n store in a airtight container. Enjoy with tea or coffee. :-)

Ingredients:-
Guntha hua aata
1 bada pyaj Lambe tukdo me kata hua
1 shimla mirch
1 Tamatar beej nikal kar cur kiya hua
1 chopped Boiled aaloo (optional)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Chilly flakes / red chilly powder
Oregano 1/4 tsp
1/4 cup Paneer chopped (optional)
Pizza sauce / tomato chilly sauce
Amul cheese ( 1 small cube for 1 parantha)
Oil paratha senk k liye

Method:-
Saari sabjiya n masale mila le.
Aate me Se 2 chhoti loyi leke 2 roti bel le. Ek roti pe pizza sauce lagaye thoda sa cheese grate kare. Mix vegetables daale. Upar Se cheese grate kare. Dusri roti se cover kare. Dono taraf Se oil laga k sek le. Aur...

Bajre aur Gehun Ki Chikki

Aap sabhi ne Chikkis to bahut tarah ki khayi hongi. Mungfali ki chikki, til ki chikki ya dry fruit chikki. Ye sab kafi common b h and easily mil b jati h. But aaj I m introducing a new variety of chikki. Which is made by My MOM. Yeah this is my mom's recipe. So here m presenting GEHUN (Whole wheat) And BAJRE ki chikki. Unique in taste n very healthy. So what r u waiting for recipe padhiye aur banaiye. :-)

Gehun aur Bajre ki Chikki

Ingredients
Gehun 250 gms
Bajra 250 gms
Gud (jiggery) 1 kg

Method:-
Gehun aur bajre ko alag alag Raat bhar bhigo kar rakhe. Mrng me alag alag ubal le jab tak ki gehun n bajra soft Naa ho jaye. 4-5 din dhup me sukha le. Acche Se sukhne k baad ise bhunwa le. Bhune hue Gehun aur bajre ko aap 4-5 months tak air tight dabbe me band karke store kar sakte h. Jab b aapko chikki banani ho gudd ko bhari tale ki kadhahi me melt kare. Achhe Se pigal Jane par gehun ya bajra daale. Achhe Se mix kare. Grease ki hui thali pe nikale. Haath Se press karte hue failaye. Kisi paper pe thali ulat kar nikal le. Dry hone par khaye aur khilaye. Air tight dabbe me 1 month or more tak store kar sakte h.

Jodhpuri Mirchi Bada

Jodhpuri Mirchi bada

Ingredients
Moti Hari Mirch 8-10
Boiled aaloo 8-10
Salt to taste
Kala namak to taste
Red chilly powder, black pepper powder,
Haldi pinch off, dhaniya powder 1 tsp,
Hing, jeera, Rai, amchur 3-4 tsp
Oil 1 tblspn
2 Hari Mirch chopped
Hara dhaniya
Dried Anardana 1 tsp (optional)
Saunf 1/2 tsp
Besan ka batter

Method:-
Hari Mirch me cheera lagaye aur beej nikal de. 3-4 cup Pani me namak daal kar boil kare. Is me hari Mirch daal kar 2-3 mins boil kare. Pani me se nikal kar side rakhe.
Aaloo mash kare sabhi sukhe masale daale, Hari mirch, hara dhaniya aur anardana b add kare. Tadka pan me oil garam kare Hing jeera rai tadkaye. Mash aloo me milaye. Achhe Se mila le. Is aaloo k mixture ko Hari Mirch me bhare. Besan k ghol me dip kare aur garam oil me deep fry kare. Garma garam mirchi bade Hari aur meethi chutney k saath serve kare. :-)

Chhole Bhature

Ingredients:-
For chhole:-
Kabuli Chane 125 gm (boiled)
Onions 2-3 finally chopped
2 tamatar
2 Hari Mirch
Lehsun 5-7 Kali
1 tsp grated adrak
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Garam masala
Kasuri methi
Chhole masala 2 tsp
Hara dhaniya

Method:-
Tamatar, hari mirch, Mirch, adrak n lehsun ko paste bana le. Cooker me oil garam kare. Pyaj daal kar light brown hone tak bhune. Isme sabhi dry masale aur chhole masala dale. Tamatar wala paste daal kar achhe se oil separate hone tak bhune. Ab uble hue chane daale. Achhe Se mix kare. Uble hue chane ka pani aur jarurat anusar pani dale. Kasuri methi sprinkle kare. Aur dhakkan laga kar 5 mins low flame pe pakaye. Serve karte samay haradhaniya aur garam masala sprinkle kare.

For Bhatura

Ingredients
Maida 4 cup
Salt to taste
Baking soda 1 tsp
Dahi 2-3 tsp
Cheeni 1 tsp
Oil 2-3 tsp
Oil for fry
Warm water aata gunthne k liye

Method
Kisi bade bowl me Maida aur namak chhan le. Maide k bich me gaddha (hole) banaye usme dahi, cheeni, soda aur oil daal k mix kare. Gungune pani ki help se roti jaisa aata gunth le. Hatheli pe thoda sa aur oil le aur aate ko acche Se 8-10 minutes tak gunthe. Jab tak ki aaya chikna Naa ho jaye. Aate ko finger se press karenge to aata apne aap upar uthega. Iska MATLAB h ki aapka aata sahi bana h.
Is aate ko geele kapde Se dhak kar kisi garam jagah pe 2 hrs k liye rakh de. 2 hrs baad aata ful jayega. Taiyar aate me se chhote amrud size k gole lekar patla bel le. Aur ekdum garam oil dono taraf Se brown hone tak fry kare.
Aapke garma garam chhole bhature ready h. :-)

Caramel Custard Pudding

Caramel Custard pudding

Ingredients
For Caramel
Sugar-1/2 cup
Water-1/4 cup

For The Custard
Milk- 500 ml
Sugar- 1 cup or more
Veg Gelatin / Agar Agar Powder-1 tsp
Custard powder -2 tbs

Method:-
In a pan add sugar and water. Let the mixture come to boil. Keep on rotating the pan until the sugar dissolves completely. Let the syrup boil undisturbed until it starts changing colour. Once it reaches the perfect colour, remove from stove.
Pour it evenly into the ramekins or silicone moulds. Allow it to cool completely. The caramel will harden.
Now in another pan add 500 ml milk and sugar. Bring it to boil.
Add custard and agar agar to 1/2 cup milk and stir until every thing dissolves.
Add this to the sugar milk mixture. Keep on stirring it until it starts thickening. Do let it boil n cook for 4-5 mins on slow flame.
Remove from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes. pour it into the ramekins and allow it to cool completely. Place them in fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
To serve, run a knife along the sides to loosen the custard, place a serving plate on top and flip. Carefully remove the ramekins. Serve immediately. :-)

Chilly Baby Corn

Chilly Babycorn

Ingredients:-
Baby corn 10-15
½ inch grated adrak
2-3 hari mirch slited
3-4 finely chopped lahsun
½ cup finely chopped onion
2-3 finely chopped Spring Onions
1 small shimla mirch patli lambi slices
1-2 tsp soya sauce
½ tsp vinegar
1 tsp hara dhaniya chopped
2 tblspn water
1 tsp corn flour
salt as per taste
black pepper powder as per taste
sugar 1/2 tsp
2 to 3 tspn oil for frying the baby corn
1 tblspnn oil for the sauce

for the batter:
2 tblspn maida
2 tblspn cornflour
pani as required to make a thick paste
salt and pepper as per taste

Method:-
make a smooth paste with the cornflour, maida, salt, pepper and water. Baby corn dho lar achhe se dry kar le. Baby corn ko 2 pieces me cut kare. Agar chhote baby corn h to no need to cut. heat oil in a frying pan. dip each baby corn piece in the batter and coat it well with the batter. pan fry the baby corn till the edges and sides are golden brown.
sauce banane k liye:-
In a pan or kadai heat 1 tbsp oil. add chopped onions, spring onions, ginger, garlic and slit green chilies. stir fry on a medium flame till the onions have become translucent.  add capsicum n stir fry till the capsicum have partly cooked but still retain their crunch. add the soya sauce and mix well. now sprinkle black pepper powder, salt and sugar. add 2 tbsp water and mix. add the pan fried baby corn with chopped dhaniya to this mixture. Mix well. sprinkle 1 tsp of corn flour. mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes or more till the corn flour has cooked. lastly add vinegar and mix again. Ingredients
Wheat flour 1 cup (u can take maida)
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Alsi 1 tblspn (make powder n soak in 2 tblspn milk)
Khajur / dates 10-12 (soaked in 1/4 cup milk )
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Salt pinch off
Oil / butter 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
2 tblspn chopped nuts ( walnuts & almonds)

Method:-
Grease the cake mould n keep aside. Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10 mins. In between sieve thrice aata/maida, baking powder & baking soda, salt. Keep aside. Grind soaked khajur to a smooth paste. In a big bowl add softened butter n sugar whisk till light n fluffy. Add khajur paste, soaked alsi powder & milk. Whisk again till everything is combined. Add aata mixture in 2-3 batches n fold nicely. Add chopped nuts. Mix well. Pour batter into greased mould. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 mins. Let it cool n cut into pieces. Serve wid tea or coffee. :-) cake

Ingredients
Suji/rava - 1 cup
Oil 1 tblspn+for frying
Rai+kadipatta for tempering
Chopped harimirch & dhaniya
1 tsp urad daal
Oregano 1 tsp (optional)
Salt pepper as per taste
Cheese cubes half cup chopped
Milk 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Pani 2 cup

Method:-
Heat oil in a pan. Add rai urad daal n chopped kadi patta. Add Hari Mirch sauté for 30 sec. Add suji n saute for 1 minute. Add warm water salt n pepper. Mix well. Cook till it become thick like a dough. Remove from d flame. Knead for couple of minutes. Lemon size ki balls bana k stuff cheese n Cover well. Dip in milk and coat in bread crumbs. Deep fry till crispy n golden brown. Ur cheese pops ready.
