Gravy Wale Methi Aloo

Ye recipe maine meri mumma se seekhi hai..this is one of the best recipe recipe which can be cook from Methi Leaves. M school me thi tab b ye recipe meri class me sabko bahut pasand thi..jab m job me aayi to pure office me sabki fav. recipe ban gyi..ab jab shadi karke sasural aayi to pata chala mere husband ko sabse jyada chid methi se thi..tab maine ye recipe banayi n now he loves to eat this lovely methi ki sabzi..so here is my mom's wonderful recipe..Unki Ye Recipe aaj unke hi naam..Thank u Mumma 😊

Gravy Wale Methi Aloo

Chopped Methi - 1-1/2 cup
Aloo 2-3 chopped in big sizes (8 pieces from 1 potato)
10-12 garlic Kali
3-4 Hari mirch
3-4 tomato
Oil 1 tblspn
Salt, red chilly - as per taste
Sugar - 1/2 tspn (optional)
Water as needed ( jitni patli gravy banani ho)

Method
Sabse pehle methi ko 2-3 pani me se dho le. Fir ek pan me pani boil kare n methi daale n 3-4 minute tak boil kare. Fir ise thand hone de. Ab mixer jar me chhili hui lehsun, harimirch n boil methi daale n ise fine paste me grind kar le. Ab cooker me oil garam kare. Oil garam hone pe methi wala paste daale n acche se bhune. Methi bhun Jane pe tamato paste daale n saare dry masale (namak, lal mirch n pinch off haldi) n sugar dale. Oil separate hone take bhune. Fir isme chopped aaloo daale n thoda sa bhune. Fir paani daal k mix kare n cooker ka dhakkan laga k ek whistle lagwae n gas ko low flame par 3-4 minutes tak pakne de. Aapke methi aaloo ready h.

Paneer Badami

Hi friends..aaj ki meri recipe mera ek new innovation h...aur ye innovation mere ghar me to superhit raha..i hope aap logo ko b pasand aayega... But mujhe is recipe ka name nahi samajh aa raha ki kya rakhu...
PANEER BADAMI YA PANEER HONEY WALA :-p
Aap hi Bataiyega 😊 to chaliye shuru karte h..

Ingredents
paneer 250 gms
tamatar 3-4
shimla mirch 1 Big or 2 small
Adrak 1/2 tsp grated
1 harimirch
10-12 Badaam (soaked in hot milk for 30 mins)
salt to taste
dhaniya powder 1 tsp
haldi pinch off
pavbhaji masala 2 tsp
cream 1/4 cup (optional)
water as needed
oil 1 tblspn
butter 2 tblspn
kasuri methi 1 tsp
Honey 1 tsp

Method:-
Chop shimla mirch in cubes (use half n save half for later). Heat oil in kadhahi add half chopped shimla mirch, green chilli n adrak saute for 2 mins. add chopped tomatoes and all dry spices n cook till raw smell goes off. switchoff d flame n let it cool.
Grind the tomato mixture into a smooth paste. Heat butter in d same kadhahi add shimla mirch cubes saute for 2 mins add tamato paste n cook on low flame. in between in d mixer jar add soaked baadam with milk n a big piece of paneer (50 gm) n make smooth paste. Add this paste to tomato mixture when tomato mixture start leaving oil. mix well add water as needed. paneer cubes, cream n kasuri methi mix well. cook for 2-3 mins. in the last add 1 tsp honey..mix well garnish with hara dhaniya n serve with roti or naan. 😊

Pizza Paratha

Aaj ki humari ek aur easy n yummy recipe h pizza paratha. Ye dish bachho ko aur bado dono ko hi kafi pasand aayegi. To chaliye shuru karte h..

Ingredients:-
Guntha hua aata
1 bada pyaj Lambe tukdo me kata hua
1 shimla mirch
1 Tamatar beej nikal kar cur kiya hua
1 chopped Boiled aaloo (optional)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
Chilly flakes / red chilly powder
Oregano 1/4 tsp
1/4 cup Paneer chopped (optional)
Pizza sauce / tomato chilly sauce
Amul cheese ( 1 small cube for 1 parantha)
Oil paratha senk k liye

Method:-
Saari sabjiya n masale mila le.
Aate me Se 2 chhoti loyi leke 2 roti bel le. Ek roti pe pizza sauce lagaye thoda sa cheese grate kare. Mix vegetables daale. Upar Se cheese grate kare. Dusri roti se cover kare. Dono taraf Se oil laga k sek le. Aur...
Aur kya bas taiyar h aapka pizza paratha. Enjoy with ur kids. I m sure they gonna love this. :-)

Chhole Bhature

Chhole Bhature

Ingredients:-
For chhole:-
Kabuli Chane 125 gm (boiled)
Onions 2-3 finally chopped
2 tamatar
2 Hari Mirch
Lehsun 5-7 Kali
1 tsp grated adrak
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Garam masala
Kasuri methi
Chhole masala 2 tsp
Hara dhaniya

Method:-
Tamatar, hari mirch, Mirch, adrak n lehsun ko paste bana le. Cooker me oil garam kare. Pyaj daal kar light brown hone tak bhune. Isme sabhi dry masale aur chhole masala dale. Tamatar wala paste daal kar achhe se oil separate hone tak bhune. Ab uble hue chane daale. Achhe Se mix kare. Uble hue chane ka pani aur jarurat anusar pani dale. Kasuri methi sprinkle kare. Aur dhakkan laga kar 5 mins low flame pe pakaye. Serve karte samay haradhaniya aur garam masala sprinkle kare.

For Bhatura

Ingredients
Maida 4 cup
Salt to taste
Baking soda 1 tsp
Dahi 2-3 tsp
Cheeni 1 tsp
Oil 2-3 tsp
Oil for fry
Warm water aata gunthne k liye

Method
Kisi bade bowl me Maida aur namak chhan le. Maide k bich me gaddha (hole) banaye usme dahi, cheeni, soda aur oil daal k mix kare. Gungune pani ki help se roti jaisa aata gunth le. Hatheli pe thoda sa aur oil le aur aate ko acche Se 8-10 minutes tak gunthe. Jab tak ki aaya chikna Naa ho jaye. Aate ko finger se press karenge to aata apne aap upar uthega. Iska MATLAB h ki aapka aata sahi bana h.
Is aate ko geele kapde Se dhak kar kisi garam jagah pe 2 hrs k liye rakh de. 2 hrs baad aata ful jayega. Taiyar aate me se chhote amrud size k gole lekar patla bel le. Aur ekdum garam oil dono taraf Se brown hone tak fry kare.
Aapke garma garam chhole bhature ready h. :-)
