Soya paneer kebab

Ingredients:-
Soya nuggets (chura) 1/2 cup
Crumbled paneer 1/2 cup
1 boiled aalu
Hari Mirch 2
Hara dhaniya hand full
Pudina 1 tblspn
Adrak lehsun ka paste 1 tsp
Salt pepper as per taste
Amchur 2 tsp
Bhuna jeera 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1 pinch
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Dry roasted n crushed poha
Oil for frying

Method:-
Mix all the ingredients except crushed poha. Make kebabs in desired shape. Wrap in crushed poha. Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20 mins. Deep fry or shallow fry. Serve hot.
