Baked Bhujiya Roll

Ingredients
Maida 1 cup
Suji 1 tblspn
Salt pepper to taste
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder 1 pinch
Oil for moin
Milk/water for kneading dough

For stuffing
Bhujiya 1 cup

Method:-
Knead a soft dough keep aside for 10 mins. Make 4 equal portions from the dough. Roll out in a thin roti shape. Apply little butter on it spread bhujiya. Cover n make a roll with very light hands. Seal with the water at the end tip. Cut in desired shape n bake @180 degree for 20-25 mins. Serve with chutney n pyaj.
You can store this in air tight jar for 10-15 days.
