Sindhi Pulav Aur Chane Ki Daal

Sindhi Pulav Wid Chane ki Daal & Bundi Raita

Sindhi pulav with chane ki daal is one of the yummiest combination and very easy to cook. Aap sab b try kijiyega. I m sure u guys also will love this.

Rice 2 cups
Water as needed
Oil 1 tblspn
2-3 onions chopped
1 harimirch
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder as per taste

Method:-
Sabse pehle chawal ko saaf karke. Achhe se dho le. Aur pani me bhigho de. Handi ya degchi me oil garam kare. Garam oil me chopped onion daal aur brown hone take bhune. Bhun Jane par pyaj me red chilly powder daale. Mix kare n pani daal de. Ab chopped green chilly n salt daale. Pani boil hone par strained rice dale. Achhe Se mix kare. High flame pe pakaye. Jab pani sukhne lage to flame low kar de. Aur dhak kar 5-7 mins pakaye. Last me upar Se hara dhaniya daale. Aapka sindhi pulao ready h. Aap season k according isme Matar, Gobhi ya apni pasand ki sabjiya daal sakte h.

Chane ki Daal
1 cup chane ki daal (soaked for 30 Mins)
2 chopped onions
1 big tamatar chopped
1- 2 Hari mirch
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Haldi 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tblspn
Hara dhaniya for garnish

Method:-
Cooker me oil garam kare. Add onions. Light brown hone tak pakaye. Add tamatar, soaked chane ki daal, all spices. In sabko oil seprate hone tak bhune. 2- 3 cup pani daal k mix kare. Cooker band karke 2 siti lagwaye. Fir 8-10 mins tak low flame pe pakaye. Cooker khole. Daal ko achhe Se mix kare add chopped dhaniya. Serve hot wid roti n rice.
Note:- aap chahe to last me jeere ka tadka b laga sakte h.
