Kachori Ki Sabzi

Hiii Friends aaj fir main aayi hu ek naye twist ke saath. Aur laayi hu ek easy n yummy recipe. Kuch din pehle kota Se guest aaye the n saath me laye khub saari kota ki famous kachoris. Kota ki kachoris thodi si spicy hoti h. Sabne kuch kachori to kha li thi. But Thodi si kachoris Bach gyi to Maine socha ki Ku Naa isse kuch aisa banaya jaye Jo sabhi ko naya b lage n ye kachoris use b ho jaye. To Maine banayi Kachori Ki Sabji. Aur sabko itni jyada pasand aayi ki jab tak main yoga se ghar wapas aayi almost sabzi khatam thi. Isliye pic click karne ke liye bhi jyada sabzi Nahi Bachi :-D
So here is my one more Innovation...

Kachori Ki Sabji

Ingredients:-
2 pyaj lambe tukdo me kata
Adrak lehsun ka paste 1 tsp
Dahi 1 cup
Besan 2 tsp (optional)
Salt to taste
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Hari Mirch 2-3
(Gravy me Maine jyada masale nahi daale h kuki kachori ka masala kafi spicy tha. Aap chahe to Lal Mirch ya Aur masale daal sakte h)
Hara dhaniya
Kadi patta 4-5
Oil 1 tblspn
Jeera 1 pinch
Methi Dana 1 pinch

Method:-
Oil garam kare usme jeera, methi dana Aur kadi patta tadkaye. Adrak lehun ka paste daale aur bhune. Pyaj daale Aur halka gulabi hone tak bhune. Namak aur dhaniya powder daale. Besan daal kar bhune. Thoda sa pani daal kar mix kare. Matha hua dahi daale Aur lagatar ghumate rahe. 1-2 cup pani daale. 1 ubal aane par. Kachori k tukde daale. 2-3 mins low flame par pakaye. Upar Se Kata hara dhaniya daale. Garma garam roti aur parantho k saath serve kare. :-)
