Gulab Jamun Ki Sabji

Hii friends aaj ki humari recipe kafi unique n tummy hai...aap sabne GULAB JAMUN to khaye hi honge. Aapne shayad aaj tak Gulab Jamun Mithe (sweet) me hi khaye honge. Gulab Jamun Sabji

ingredients:-

For Gulab Jamun
Khoya 1 cup
Paneer 1 cup
Maida 2 tblspn
Salt a pinch

For Gravy
Pyaj 2 lambe tukdo me kata
2 pyaj for making paste
2 tamatar
2 Hari Mirch
Adrak ek chhota tukda
Jeera a pinch
Dalchini+chotti ilaychi+Jayfal (dry roast n make powder)
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Kasuri methi
Hara dhaniya
Kismish 1 tblspn
Dahi Half cup
Khoya 1/4 cup
Milk 1 cup or as needed

Method:-
Sabse Pehle hum gulab Jamun banayenge. Iske liye ek badi thali me khoya aur Crush kiya hua paneer daale aur tab tak mash kare jab tak ki Chikna dough Naa ban jaye. Isme namak aur Maida milaye aur achhe mix karke dough banaye. Is dough Se chhote gole banaye aur medium low flame par golden brown hone tak gulab jamun fry kare. Keep aside.
For Gravy:-
Sabse pehle 2-3 tblspn oil garam kare. Isme jeera aur dry roasted powder daale. Ab isme lamba kata hua pyaj daale. Aur low flame par cook kare. Isi bich ek mixing jar me 2 pyaj, tamatar , Hari Mirch n adrak daal k paste bana le. Jab pyaj light brown ho jaye tab ye paste daal add kare. Aur sabhi dry masale daale. Achhe Se oil separate hone tak cook kare. Ab isme feta hua dahi daale. Lagatar hilate hue pakaye. Khoya add kare. Achhe Se mix kare oil separate hone tak cook kare. Doodh daale jaisi gravy aapko banani h. Gravy me boil aane par flame low kare. Add kishmish mix well. Kasuri methi chidke. 2-3 mins dhak kar cook kare. Add gulab jamun. Switch of the flame. Hara dhaniya Se garnish kare. Serve hot. :-)
