Palak Ka Cheela

Palak Ka Cheela / Spinach pancake

Ingredients:-

Besan 1 cup
Aata 1/2 cup
Suji 1 tblspn
Finely chopped Palak 2 cup
Green chilly 2 finely chopped
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Water as needed

Method:-
Sieve besan, aata n suji in a bowl. Add salt, red chilly powder. Mix well add water n make pouring consistency batter. Add chopped Palak n green chilly and mix well. Keep aside for 10 mins.
Heat non stick tawa n pour a big spoon full of batter in centre. Spread equally. Cook both sides till crispy or get light brown patches. Serve hot wid chutney.

Note:-
Use oil if u using normal tawa.
