Kadi Pakoda Without Curd

Ingredients
Besan 1 cup +1 tsp
2 chammach kati hui methi
Tamatar 3-4
Hari mirch 2
Adrak 1 tsp grated
Water as needed
Oil for frying + 1 tblspn
Jeera hing
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder
Dhaniya powder
Half a pinch
Haradhaniya for garnish

Method
Besan me namak, mirch, haldi, hari mirch, hari methi aur haradhaniya daal kar gaada ghol banaye. 1 pinch soda daal kar mix kare. Gram tel me pakodi tal kar tissue paper par nikale.
El kadhahi me oil garam kare. Jeera hing tadkaye. Ek chammach besan daal kar bhune. Tamatar, mirch aur adrak ka paste daale. Sachi sukhe masale daal kar oil separate hone tak bhune. Jarurat anusar pani daale. Boil aane par pakodi daale. 5 mins low flame par pakaye. Haradhaniya Se garnish kare.

Note:-
Mere ghar me Thursday day ko pyaj lehsun Nahi banta. Aap chahe to pakodi me pyaj daal skte h.
