Ragda Patties

Hii Friends Aaj ki Humari Recipe hai RAGDA PATTIES.. Ye dish banne me jitni Easy hai taste me utni hi majedar. Koi guest aane wale ho ya street food khane ka mann ho to ye best option h. To chaliye banate hai.. :-)

Ingredients:-
For Ragda
Safed matar (dried) 2 cup (125 gms)
Salt to taste
Hari mirch 2-3 finely chopped
Rai 1/4 tsp
Hing pinch off
Haldi powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tblspn
Imli ka pani 1/2 cup
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp

For patties
8-10 boiled aaloo
4-5 bread pieces
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow fry

For garnishing
Dahi 1 cup (2 tblspn pani n 2 tsp sugar mila k fet le)
Meethi chutney
Hari chutney
Hara dhaniya
Bhujia
Chopped pyaj
Chaat masala

Method:-
Matar ko 6-8 hrs k liye bhigo kar rakhe. Soaked matar ko cooker me double pani aur namak daal kar 2-3 whistle lagwaye aur 5-8 mins low flame pe cook kare. Ab ek kadhahi me oil garam kar rai n hing ka chhonk lagaye. Kati Hari mirch daale. Uble hue matar daale. Sabhi dry masale aur jarurat anusar pani daal k mix kare. Imli ki khatayi dale. 3-4 mins tak low flame pe dhak kar pakaye. Aapka Ragda Ready h.
Patties banane k liye boil aaloo mash kare usme bread ki pani me soak karke milaye. Namak mila k achhe Se mix karke dough taiyar kare. Taiyar dough me se chhoti chhoti tikiya banake garam tave pe oil daal k Dino taraf Se crisp hone tak sek le.
Ab ek plate me 2-3 patties rakhe upar Se 2 tblspn ragda daale. Uske upar Dahi, chutniya, Kara hua pyaj dhaniya, bhujiya daale air garma garam serve kare. Aur pasand aaye to Apne Reviews Is page par jarur likhe :-)
