Pav Bhaji with Lehsun Ki Chutney

Aaj ki humari recipe hai sabki pyari Pav Bhaji with Lehsun ki chutney. Recipe to aap sabka pata hi hogi. But fir b main share karti hu. To lijiye pesh h Pav Bhaji In My style. :-)

For Bhaji
Ingredients:-
Boiled mix veggies (2 big Aloo, 2 gajar, 1 shimla Mirch, 2-3 strings Hara pyaj (spring onions),Beans 1/2 cup, Gobhi, Patta gobhi)
Chopped onions 2 big
Chopped tomatoes 3-4
Lehsun ki chutney 1 tblspn
Salt to taste
Pav bhaji masala 2 tblspn
Oil & butter as per need
Matar 1 cup
Shimla Mirch chopped 1
Hara dhaniya

Method:-
Oil garam kare add lehsun ki chutney sauté for 30 sec. Add chopped onions light brown hone tak bhune. Add chopped tomatoes & salt. Oil separate hone tak bhune. Add chopped shimla mirch & matar. Mix well. Add pav v bhaji masala. Add boiled & mashed veggies. Achhe Se cook kare. It takes around 8-10 mins. Oil separate hota dikhega. Swithoff d flame. Add butter, lemon juice & hara dhaniya.

For lehsun ki chutney
2 big garlic pods
4-5 Dried red chillies soaked in hot water for about 2 hrs
1 tamatar
Salt to taste
Amchur 2 tsp
Pyaj 1 (optional)
For tadka:-
Desi ghee 1 tblspn
Jeera 1/2 tsp

Method:-
Saare ingredient ko grinder me fine paste banaye ya silbatte par pees le. Ghee n jeere ka chhunk lagaye.
Is chutney ko simple roti ya bajre ki roti Se khaye. Believe me aap saari yummy dishes bhul jayenge. Its pure heaven. Meri to Aatma Trupt ho jati h ise kha kar :-)
