Bajre aur Gehun Ki Chikki

Aap sabhi ne Chikkis to bahut tarah ki khayi hongi. Mungfali ki chikki, til ki chikki ya dry fruit chikki. Ye sab kafi common b h and easily mil b jati h. But aaj I m introducing a new variety of chikki. Which is made by My MOM. Yeah this is my mom's recipe. So here m presenting GEHUN (Whole wheat) And BAJRE ki chikki. Unique in taste n very healthy. So what r u waiting for recipe padhiye aur banaiye. :-)

Ingredients
Gehun 250 gms
Bajra 250 gms
Gud (jiggery) 1 kg

Method:-
Gehun aur bajre ko alag alag Raat bhar bhigo kar rakhe. Mrng me alag alag ubal le jab tak ki gehun n bajra soft Naa ho jaye. 4-5 din dhup me sukha le. Acche Se sukhne k baad ise bhunwa le. Bhune hue Gehun aur bajre ko aap 4-5 months tak air tight dabbe me band karke store kar sakte h. Jab b aapko chikki banani ho gudd ko bhari tale ki kadhahi me melt kare. Achhe Se pigal Jane par gehun ya bajra daale. Achhe Se mix kare. Grease ki hui thali pe nikale. Haath Se press karte hue failaye. Kisi paper pe thali ulat kar nikal le. Dry hone par khaye aur khilaye. Air tight dabbe me 1 month or more tak store kar sakte h.
