Rajasthani Mirchi ke Tipore
Ingredients
Moti Hari Mitch - 250 gms
Jeera - 1 tsp
Methidana - 1 tsp
Raai - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Saunf - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Amchur powder - 2 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1-1/2 tsp
Haldi - pinch off
Hing - pinch off
Besan - 1 tbl.spn
Suger 1/2 tsp (optional)
Oil 1 tbl. spn
Method:-
Sabse pehle mirch ko dhokar mote tukdo me kaat le. Uske baad raai, jeera, saunf, methi Dana & ajwain ko mota koot le. Oil garam kare usme koote hue masale n Hing daale. Kuch seconds bhun ne k baad usme Hari Mitch daal de. Salt daal k mix kare n mircho ko dhak kar low flame pe 2-3 minute tak pakaye.
Mirch soft jaye tab usme sabi dry masale add kare n flame tej karke mix kare. Fir usme besan daal kar thoda sa bhune n again dhak kar low flame pe 1-2 minutes pakaye. aapke TIPORE ready h. :-)
Tips:-
Tiporo ko aap fridge me store krke 7-10 days tak use kar sakte h.
Tipore agar Sarso k oil me banaye jaye to jyada SWAD bante h.
Agar Mirch jyada teekhe ho to aap 1/2 tsp auger daal k taste balance kar sakte h.
Tipore hamesha moti mirch se hi banaye.
